Each scope below has a dedicated project lead and a defined trade roster. We will combine multiple scopes on the same job (e.g. a kitchen refit with a full interior styling brief), but everything is itemised so you can see what each one costs.

The quotation you sign is the bill you pay.
Contingency is a number, not a fudge
We carry a 5–8% written contingency for unforeseen site conditions, agreed before signing. Anything outside that is a written variation.
Variations are quoted in writing
If you change a finish or scope mid-project, we will price the change before any work proceeds. No surprises on the final invoice.
