What is included

The scope you get when we quote a residential makeover.

Each line below is itemised in the proposal with supplier-quoted materials and trade-level labour. Anything outside this list is a written variation.

  • Pre-demolition site survey, measured drawings, dilapidation report
  • Strip-out and proper waste disposal under SWCorp permit
  • Structural alterations under PE's endorsement (where required)
  • Re-piping, re-wiring and DB upgrades under licensed trades
  • Wet-area waterproofing to manufacturer specification
  • Wall and ceiling carpentry, including ceiling cornices and pelmets
  • Custom joinery (wardrobes, TV consoles, study units, feature walls)
  • Floor finishes: SPC, engineered timber, porcelain or natural stone
  • Painting works using Nippon or Dulux trade-grade paint systems
  • Furniture coordination and styling on request
  • Final professional clean and key handover
  • 12-month defect liability period from handover date
