All plumbing trades are licensed under SPAN. Waterproofing is laid to the membrane manufacturer's specification, with documented coat counts and a witnessed flood test before tiling.

Why leaks come back

Six common failure modes we look for first.

Wrong sequencing

Membrane laid before screed has cured, or before drainage outlets are connected. The lap fails within months.

Insufficient coats

Single-coat application on what was specified as a three-coat system. We document each coat with photos and timestamps.

Drainage falls reversed

Water pools at the wall instead of running to the floor waste. Looks fine until the seal at the wall tile fails.
