Practice area — Interiors

Interior styling that holds up to tropical living, not just photoshoot day.

The fashionable concrete-and-tan look is fine on a moodboard. Whether it survives twelve months of Klang Valley humidity, school holidays and a six-month-old crawling around — that is what we design for.

What styling covers

From the material spec to the cushion order.

Styling can run alongside a renovation (the more common case) or as a standalone brief for a property that has already been renovated.

  • Spatial planning and furniture layout drawings
  • Material and finish palette — floors, walls, joinery, hardware
  • Built-in cabinetry design and shop drawings
  • Lighting plan with mood scenes and circuit layout
  • Loose furniture curation across Malaysian and imported suppliers
  • Soft furnishings: rugs, cushions, curtains, throws
  • Art and accessory sourcing on request
  • Plant selection appropriate to room daylight conditions
  • Procurement coordination and delivery scheduling
  • Final styling and photography day

How we work

Three rounds, then we stop revising.

Round 1 — mood and palette

One direction, written rationale, three material samples per major surface. Decision required before we proceed.

Round 2 — furniture and joinery

Full furniture board, joinery elevations, lighting layout. Two revision passes allowed within scope.

Round 3 — finalisation

Approved purchase order, lead-time schedule, procurement begins. Further changes are quoted as variations.
